CUSTOMERS AGREE TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING WHEN THEY MAKE A PURCHASE.

 We will not be held accountable if you are allergic to anything including ingredients in the food items that may be sold. Certain candies are subject to melt in the shipping process. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. We only ship to billing addresses. All orders with different shipping addresses will be canceled.

Any shipments outside of the U.S are available unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping. They do not include processing time, which begins on the date of order. Delivery and processing times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances. All orders will take 1-3 business days to be processed and reviewed. We will try our best to fulfill shipping within 2-3 business days of the final processing date. Please allow 3-15 business days for delivery. Business days include Monday-Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Weekends unless otherwise stated. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. We will not send tracking information unless it is explicitly requested by the individual who's name is listed as the individual who has purchased. Allow up to 2-4 business days for shipping and tracking confirmation sent via email.

Please remember to list your apartment or suite #during check out. If failed to do so, once orders are re-shipped back to us you will have to pay for shipping again.

Shipping costs are $3.25 unless otherwise stated.

Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, USPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them (1-800-275-8777). If there is any damages to your products contact us within 24 hours of receiving item at [email protected].

Orders made online may NOT be cancelled. If you have any questions about the delivery and shipment or your order, please contact us at [email protected].

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you purchased is damaged or you received the wrong product. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us at: [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving product with details of the product and the defect. You must send us pictures with original packaging and unworn products, that you consider defective at [email protected]. If you wear the products and find them defective after we are not responsible and you cannot get a refund or exchange.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to product(s) during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Do not place last minute orders. Please give yourself time to ensure that you receive your products before any important events. We are not responsible for any late packages that are out of our control.

All sales are FINAL. There are absolutely NO refunds & exchanges.
